Chocolate Chip Edition!

Before You Bake

Keep Dough Frozen

For best results, store dough balls in the freezer until you're ready to bake.

No Need to Thaw

You can bake directly from frozen for a thicker cookie with a gooey center.

Use Parchment Paper

Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for even baking and easy cleanup.

Give Cookies Space

Place dough balls at least 2-3 inches apart. They spread while baking.

Choose Your Cookie Style

Thick & Gooey

Bake directly from frozen at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.

Perfect for:

  • Soft centers

  • Bakery-style thickness

  • Extra chocolate melt

Slightly Chewy

Take dough out of the freezer then bake at 325°F for around 21 minutes.

Perfect for:

  • More even texture

  • Slightly crisp edges

  • Chewy centers

Crispy Edges

Bake an additional 1-2 minutes beyond the recommended time.

The Secret Bakery Trick

Remove cookies when the centers still look slightly underbaked. The cookies continue baking on the hot pan after coming out of the oven. This creates that soft, bakery-style center everyone loves.

Cooling Matters

For gooey cookies: Cool for 5 minutes

For cleaner slices and firmer centers: Cool for 10-15 minutes.

Make Them Extra Special

Ice Cream Sandwiches

Let cookies cool completely and sandwich vanilla ice cream between two cookies.

Cookie Sundae

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Cookie Skillet

Place dough balls in a small cast iron skillet and bake together for a shareable dessert.

Milk & Cookies Night

Warm cookies for 10 seconds in the microwave after cooling and serve with cold milk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do my cookies look underbaked?

That's intentional! They continue baking on the pan after coming out of the oven.

Can I bake only one cookie?

Absolutely. Bake as many or as few as you'd like.

How long does the dough last?

  • Frozen: Up to 6 months

  • Refrigerated: Up to 1 week

Can I refreeze thawed dough?

We recommend baking within 1 week once thawed.

My cookies didn't spread much.

This usually means the dough was very cold. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before baking.
